For over 30 years, the Dyna team has been building luxurious sport yachts to its clients' specifications.
All a customer needs to do is ask and produce the requisite funds to accomplish the goal and most anything can be done. The client can change the layout, the arrangement and even the equipment based on needs and desires and Dyna will provide suggestions and proposals based on that. This kind of service differentiates Dyna from other production-yacht manufacturers because other shipyards who build this size of yacht rarely provide this service. Dyna will encourage the client to build their very own unique yacht.
With twin 1,000-hp CAT 12.9 engines run up to 2340 RPM, our speed topped out at 26.3 knots. There really is no best cruise, per se, as the range increases fairly linearly as the throttle is reduced. But at the CAT recommended cruise of 80% load, she’ll run at 22.9 knots.
Underway I found sightlines at the lower helm to be better at no-wake speeds when sitting. Standing brings the area above the top of the windshields into play.
...She’s a heavy boat with a solid feel to her handling, but she’s still responsive to the helm – taking about 45 seconds to complete a hard over 180-degree turn at 22 knots.
The engine room is fitted with twin CAT 12.9s but Dyna will cater to an owner’s desires and power the 63 with any brand chosen.
The flying bridge consists of two separate social zones with an outdoor galley. The forward area is protected by the hardtop.
Multiple Galley Configurations
The galley is U-shaped and located forward on the main deck. Owners can choose from an aft galley forward, as in our test boat, or even have the galley located down below.
The flying bridge helm has much of the same panel as the lower helm, with the triple screens.
Master Cabin's Storage
The master is full beam with plenty of storage as well as natural light. To starboard is storage under the hullside window. This is just a small component of the vast storage in this stateroom.
Directly across from the master head is an LG combination washer/dryer and the bi-fold doors slide into the sides of the appliance, out of the way. There’s storage above for products.
Looking at the aft side of the crew space, we see the dining area to one side of the entryway and the twin berths to the opposite.
